The missing element

Post#1 » by Da big3 » Sat Jan 12, 2008 7:19 pm

We have good players, and talent, what we missing is the guy that has the energy factor, you might recall Miki and Martin, we nned one of those guys that will stuff it in the face of the opposing teams face and will rub it in their face

Nope.
We have that in Sean Williams.
The 2 missing pieces to create a legit consistent contender are 1)Nenad Kristic and 2)an outside shooter that I have no idea how we're gonna get, maybe if Noki works extra time and works on his shoot a bit more we'll have that but atm we have nothing.

I agree Curly would really improve us IF he comes back to playing like his old self during the 05/06 season. Although that is looking less and less likely. Boki is another major dissapointment. I'll be shocked if he is still in the league in two years.

Rod needs to get us an outside shooter before the deadline.

All we need is Krstic to return back to his old self and a shooter before the deadline. If this happens I have no doubt in my mind we can beat the Celtics and any other team in the East.

sean isn't really an energy guy he explodes but he doesn't react like go nuts. i think darell is a nice energy guy, hmm i would like if VC and RJ got more emotional, when VC gets emotional i feel bad for whoever is gaurding him.

im tellin yall get zbo collins+magloire+something, while they dont like him. thats what were missing.

Consistency. Especially on the defensive end of the court - the one end of the court where this team can be VERY good if they put their minds to it.

Sean hasn't really been exciting at all lately, except while on the bench. Josh Boone brings a lot of excitement to me. I love watching him play. Our frontline is young with Nenad, S-Williams, & Boone, but it is also very promising.
