The quest to remain at or above .500 continues...

Also bad news:

Coach Lawrence Frank said both Antoine Wright (ankle) and Darrell Armstrong (Achilles) are "probably going to be out." Armstrong was shooting at the morning workout.

Come on Marcus now is your time to show us what you've got...

(Pictures may come later )

After the Blazers game i was very diappointed to be a nets fan to say the least. How they bounce back will tell us where thier at as a team. This game needs to be controlled by two people JKIDD and VC. They are our veterans and they need to step up big time tonight. RJ needs to go back to his high efficiency days, you know 6-9 from the field and 8-10 from the line.
Unfortunately the Knicks own us this season so we have our work cut out for us tonight.

Whilst i will always be cheering for us to win. I think the Knicks will be too good for us match up wise.

The only thing that I am hopefull of is that NORMALLY when a champion has his intestinal fortitude questioned they bounce right back and shove it so far down thier detractors throats that they can taste it for weeks.

Tonight is the night for our Big 2 to show thier intestinal fortitiude. But as we all know this team and our champions are anything but normal.

Anyway....... GO NETS?

The Knicks are playing well, and very proud of their defense over the past 2. We've sucked. Only consolation is our offense can't be any worse than it is right now.

It will be up to Boone and SWill to bring the energy and hustle. REBOUND!!! The Knicks youngsters are all hustle. DA down might be a big problem, we won't have anyone to stick with Nate if he is having a good game.

Collins should get good burn against fatso and fatso. It will really help for him to have a good game, and for the refs to give him a few calls.

Go NETS!!!

last game Curry got on a roll early and it was lights out from there. If the Dude shows any early signs of positive activity today a Mags sighting would be very welcome (Frank is still waiting for that perfect matchup scenario...).

Crawford made VC look like a pretzel last time they met too so it will be interesting how these two fare esp. considering the VC / Knicks rumours.

Chalk up Portland game to 'one of those games' and show a briefly resurgent Knicks team that Nets are still superior. VC needs to get out of his funk or it's gonna be another heartbreaker.

This Nets team (win or lose) owes it's fans 100% effort today considering how they didn't show up the last game.

One very important key to winning.............NO DAMN SMALL BALL.
Last time Frank matched up Vince on Randolph.........*sigh* just another proof that our coach is terrible.

TBQH, we all said Frank has a fever with Collins yet he (eventually :nonono: ) decided to limit his minutes.

I think its pretty clear that Frank is just slow to react to the obvious and nothing more.

had we beaten the celtics and the blazers, those couldve been considered statement games w/implications on the rest of the season... if we lose to the knicks again... well that would also be a statement, just not the one we want to be made ... so lets go nets, get a f-ing win
