Gross. That's not even a Kidd package, let alone adding the Huskies.

Ok let's see what you get for a 34 yo PG in this market.
The package can be changed to leave out the two huskies.

This leaves the Nets with Mardy Collins and Darrel Armstrong at Point

People are under the assumption that just because J Kidd asked for a trade that we're gonna freak out and accept any ol deal even if it only screws us up even more...

NO TO CURRY... I'd rather give Boone/Swill/Krstic the PT....

I can see NJ not wanting to do this but why would NY try to acquire Kidd and trade their draft pick? Makes no sense for them.

I think its fair to say the Knicks have no chance of getting Jason Kidd.

I'm not a Lakers fan, but how about:

Jason Kidd
Jason Collins

--for--

Lamar Odom
Kwame Brown
Jordan Farmar
1st round pick in 2008

Kwame is an expiring.

Lamar and Farmar for Kidd? no way; between Fish and Kidd we'd have almost 70 years between the two.

From a Lakers fan......Hell NO!!! No way Lakers give up an expiring (our only big right now), our leading rebounder in Odom, and our best young pg for a 34 year old PG (albeit a HOF).....

....especially considering that the PG position is well covered for now and the future with Fisher (now), Farmar and Citt (future).

If we made that trade, both Boone and Williams would have to be coming back (but the Nets would balk at that)

You have to give something to get something. I seriously doubt Kupchak would balk at making this trade.
