I'll add Kamen -- but it's hard because, his team sucks, like Al Jefferson's.

I think I'll go with Paul. Jumping from good to elite/mvp is a much bigger improvement than going from junk/merely-ok to good.

i gotta agree, the way that man has been running that team and leading them with the best record in the west, in my eyes right now he's my mid season mvp, we'll see how they fare after the allstar break when the elite of the west start making their runs for the playoffs.
