Memphis is currently in "tare the team apart" mode we should take advantage!

Basically we take a bad contract(which we might buy out) for a a guy that will run with Kidd and that shooter that we've been needing for the longest time(the fact that he has potential and is very young is just icing on the cake).

I would definitely do that Juan John Carlos Navaho Navarro is instant money off the bench.

The Nets are set to acquire athletic 6-foot-10 forward Stromile Swift from the Memphis Grizzlies for Jason Collins, league sources said.
The deal was being worked on Thursday night and could be finalized today or sometime over the weekend. --The Record

Swift can help the Nets with his length, shot blocking and athletic ability. Playing with Jason Kidd, he could do some exciting things. But who knows how long Kidd will be around.
It's possible the Nets did this move to try and appease him since Kidd wants guys running alongside him. It could be too little, too late, however. -- The Record

Its almost a DONE DEAL!

Yeah I agree with this . I just posted something like this didnt realize it was out there already. if we have to include some picks lets get this done.

Miller comes off the bench as the sixth man we wanted that Boki or wright to be.

With that other offer above they dont get any young players. Thats even worse then Gasol trade. You have to give them something besides clearing some money for them. You need to include a young player. I think Wright with mins would be great on that team. He would be their best defender which makes it at least interesting for them.

This would be better for Memphis. Clear some more money & get a young sg.

I'd be happy with that , NJ really need someone with a consistent shot.

Interesting trade idea SLIMM07 if indeed the Grizzlies are on total dump mode since all the players they take back outside of Collins are on their last contract year which could entice them.

Mike Miller would be SO GOOD for this team. Sure he plays defense like Boki but unlike Boki and Antoine he is a reliable jumpshooter which this team sorely needs.

The major kink in your trade idea is you dump both Collins & Magloire and the only big you get back is Swift who cannot play Center. So who backs up Boone ? Any bigs in mind that are available (D-League...) ?

Edit: Actually I forgot if Krstic comes back then it all fits..!
