We can't take all there best players or the knicks won't do it. i think this trade can work anyone disagree

so let's review:
the Knicks get the best player in the deal
the Knicks get the best prospect in the deal
the Knicks dump Jerome James and Jared Jefferies

Yeah but the Nets get a certified Chuckstar and Renaldo Balkman!

Might as well call this team the New Jersey Knicks if that trade happens.

The trade is all about getting Crawford for VC cuz he's younger,better and more clutch i'm sick of VC not playing hard and not showing up in the clutch when we need him.I bet if i threw Lee in the deal everyone would like that but i'm just trying to be realistic cuz nobody even wants V

You have jerome james and jared jeffries in the deal and yet the player no one wants is VC... mmmkay...

I think we would be a better team with crawford instead of VC forget about the other guys they can sit or get waived its about making the trade happen yea we get some bumbs but we get Crawford hes a beast!

take out krstic and put in the knicks 08 unprotected first and then I'll do it

Draft picks OK but kristic wasn't that good anyway and i don't c him getting back 2 what he was so he can go i'll find another big man that can hit wide open shots

I can't believe your comparing VC to Crawford. And the nerve to put it in the General Board. Seriously, how old are you?

25 i'd seriously rather have crawford then VC. I watch a lot of nets and knicks games and i'm just keepin it real. I mean i would rather have redd or allen instead of both of those guys but thats a different story

Crawford is a bonafide chucker who can't do anything besides chuck.

Age is not a matter of concern in this situation, because if we're trying to rebuild, we're not gonna go for a 25 year old, it's gonna be a 20-21 year old SG, if their old, then they have to have an expiring contract (Stack).

VC on the other hand has a MUCH better overall game, he's more clutch than Crawford, can get to the FT line at will if he wanted to and has more offensive weapons than Crawford will ever have.

I know VC is better but he just don't care it seems and hes not more clutch than crawford in the 4th Quarter.

Vince is very clutch first off.

I dont like Vince for Crawford but lets say thats ok, and that leaves this question: what exactly are we trading Curly for?

Those three other guys arent relaly defined by any particular skill set. Balkman and Jefferies are long and scrappy. That's it. Curly has a decent set of post moves and can hit the midrange out close to the 3 point line. Take on those knicks and we just have a more chaotic, scrambling, confused offense. No thanks.

OK this trade sucks mybad i'm just sick of VC and i'm sick of the nets losing. Frustration can make u say stupid things.

I can understand the sentiment of trading Carter for Crawford. I wouldn't do it, but I see the reasoning.

The idea of including Magliore, Wright and Krstic for Balkman, Jefferies and James is beyond absurd.
