"The Colorado 14ers are a team in the NBA Development League which began play in 2006-07. They are affiliated with the Denver Nuggets, New Jersey Nets, and the Toronto Raptors of the NBA. The 14ers play their home games at the Broomfield Event Center in the Denver suburb of Broomfield, Colorado. They are named for the many high 14,000-foot mountain peaks for which Colorado is famous."

Great news guys four Colorado 14'ers were selected for the NBDL All-Star game! It's also intersting to note that three of the four players selected have had a cup-of-tea with the Nets in the past:

- Eddie Gill
- Billy Thomas
- Kaniel Dickens
- *Elton Brown

*Only player selected who has never played for the Nets.

I'm happy things are working out for Gill, I'm sure he'd prefer to be in the NBA making the big Rashards* but at least he seems to be having a good time in the D-League.

*I was thinking the other day you know how we sometimes call a dollar, a "dollar BILL" well why don't we just call them "RASHARDS", you know after Rashard Lewis. I guess "dollar rashard" makes more sense but it doesn't have a nice ring to it...

The team should have added Mile Ilic and played him at the point.

He's money.

Colorado vs. Fort Wayne tomorrow... Fort Wayne is 9-17 or something Miami-Heat-like, so it should be an easy win.

Come on man you know you've been keeping up with one of the top D-League point guards, Eddie Gill, just as much as I have ;=]

D-League regular season ends April 12th. The 3 division winners and then the 3 teams with the best remaining records will make the playoffs.

The 14'ers are currently battling Tulsa and Sioux Falls for a playoff spot... If the 14'ers don't make the playoffs though... I blame the Crapaliers for calling up Billy Thomas AND Kaniel Dickens at the same time.

****... Houston we have a problem.

http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/ ... ddie_gill/

GILL!!! He was easily the 14'ers best point guard and arguably one of if not the best point guards in the d-league this season. Good for Gill but this is bad for the 14'ers with the playoffs coming up soon and them currently battling to secure a playoff spot.
