Welcome Devin Harris

So who is Devin Harris, Nets PG of the future, who is tasked with filling JKidd's sneakers?

I don't really know. I pretty much only have time to watch Nets games, and some Knicks games.

Here's a start...

If the Mavericks could add Jason Kidd to their roster without giving up Devin Harris, it would obviously be ideal. The Nets, however, will not let Kidd go for anything less than a package deal that includes Harris, which means Harris will stay in Dallas. And that's good for the Mavericks for a number of reasons:

1. Speed Harris is one of the quickest, fastest point guards -- capable of beating teams down court on one-man breaks -- and has become an excellent finisher.

2. Shooting Harris is one of the most accurate-shooting point guards from the field. He makes 48.3 percent of his shots, sixth best among point guards.

3. Defense Mavs owner Mark Cuban says Harris is the best defensive point guard in the league, and no one has argued that point.

Not only that, our good friend Hollinger said Harris was the best defensive guard last year! For once Hollinger likes something about us.

**** hollinger.

he's the biggest net hater there is.

When DH debuts as a Net... you'll watch Hollinger bash him and the Nets for making the JKIdd trade.

Although he was overrated by the media and to some extent our fans, I'm going to miss Harris. Fantastic defender, outstanding quickness and slashing ability... but the perimeter game and playmaking skills of a chump.
