does anyone think Marcus defense will significantly improve w/ more experience...? I really think his defense can only improve marginally because of his physical assets or lack of.

with his awful defense Marcus has to be remarkable on offense to be a winning PG in this league. He does have that potential but right now his jumpshots are inconsistent, he looks for his offense more than teammates or worse he really doesn't have the vision/passing instincts we saw glimpses of.

This team wins w/ defense and I think that's why Harris will be a great fit in this system but I'm not so sure if Marcus is a fit for a L.Frank team.

It's like Harris & Marcus are opposite of one another body wise & game wise. Once one subs in for the other the game plan / rhythm could be drastically different. We will see...

thing is though, i have never seen a game where marcus plays and i say " he did good tonight" wright had games where he made me say" he did good" but marcus has just been so awful, then again something is wrong with the nets young prospects and i think the problem is Lawrence Frank not knowing how to develop young players

Hey Birth of Cool,

Unless Marcus enlists the aid of the same legal team that helped him get a slap on the wrist for those computer theft charges, i don't see his defense improving anytime soon!

I see us making the playoffs barely by 7th or 8th seed.

We have to see how the new players pan out for us.

Much rather be in the lottery than losing in the first round of the playoffs
