Who is this E?
Ok so I'm new here. and i ask because people keep talking so longingly about this guy, like he personally gave birth to the nets, and has since passed on.
If you could compile a "Best of E" collection, that would be helpful too.

"E" is a member named "enetric" ... He's on a hiatus and will likely return when we least expect it. At least a lot of us would like to think so, will he ever return?
Anyways, he's "the face of the Nets" on this board. His posts are long, like a novel, but very informative and straight to the point. Think I've covered everything.

A unique character. Very knowledgeable, very argumentative, always had to have the last word and what a way with words it was. E in a word: curmudgeon (and not of Celtics board fame).
I had my problems with him when I first joined RGM, as did many other new posters. But over time I came to appreciate his views and what a special poster he is.

I agree, with E gone things really are not the same. Its a hugh loss to our Board. I learned a lot from him and I hope he returns. He was kind of like Simon on American Idol. He was brutally honest. He didn't tell us what we wanted to hear he told us how it was. Thats just my opinion.
Ironically, this is my 999th post. I'm exactly 19,000 behind E. At my rate of posting I should catch up to him in the year 2046....

I've been on this board for a long time now, about 6 years....Weird there is no E but my life will go on, LOL...It's to bad though, I enjoyed getting into arguments with him, then apologizing to each other, then helping him mock a member with funny pictures when ever he asked me too...
Atleast JJ is still here...
Man, 6 years? Wow, funny how as you get older time just fly's by so quickly...

I'm sure he's still checking the boards. I took years off and still checked the boards. E always had an answer (a long one) for everyone and while he had many good points, he would tear you apart if you didn't agree with everything he said. He is probably the most infamous poster the Nets board has ever seen or ever will see. All around good guy and a super fan of the Nets. But he would battle with everyone. Smart guy, interesting posts, but sometimes a little over the top with his responses. He's definitely missed here though. Last I heard, he's playing for the Bucks now.
Long live Deke!!!
