Lawrence Frank put the onus for the team

At least part of the blame has to be on RJ and Vince they're not playing good right now and it's not all about the coach .

HAHAHAHA. this guy has to be kidding me. were these remarks made on SNL?

Some of it on VC and RJ? fine. VC at least tries in the 4th, but it's also not his fault that Frank plays keep-away from him for the first 3. With RJ maybe it's more his fault cuz he's shooting every chance he gets and then suddenly stops in the 4th. And since he's not playing defense, he's killing the team at that point.

I just can't believe Frank would actually be saying these things right now. And thorn's defense of him... how is frank dodging the flack? What has frank ever done in his entire life that has him so convinced of his qualification?

Listen you guys can hate Lawrence Frank all you want but this is getting out of hand. Please listen to the interview, because NetsDaily totally blows things out of proportion with that "recap" of the interview with Lawrence Frank. I just listened to the entire thing and took notes on the interview and Frank does not put all of the onus for the Nets' failure on Jefferson and Carter.

Most importantly of all Lawrence Frank does NOT say that Vince Carter and Richard Jefferson are a big reason

appreciate the recap.

No doubt he's a good guy. just a lousy coach.

Netsforce...thank you for the recap of the Frank interview. When I was listening to it and then read the headlines on Netsdaily, I was just surprised how they totally screwed that up. I don't believe Frank was throwing RJ and VC under the bus but he was putting the pressure on them to lead this team.

I don't think anyone on this board is absolving Frank from blame here. I think everyone here agrees that Frank has a lot to do w/ the failures of this team BUT to put everything solely on him while not going after the players is just absurd.

I would miss the broadcasting...thatd just means more spanarkel

i think mark jackson has a good understanding of this team. Being a successful point guard himself, he'd be a good mentor to Devin and Marcus. I think being that also makes him one to have a good eye for the bigs also. He knows what carter and RJ should be doing, but he'd do a much better job cultivating the other positions

But i guess there's no point in dreaming.

He didn't throw Vince or RJ under the bus, he blamed himself and said that everyone is responsible for the situation they're in, but Evan and Joe were lighting him up through that whole interview funny stuff
