I would lean towards declining this trade.
That said, I think some people are drinking a little too much of the Harris kool-aid. Kaman is just 26 years old and a top 5-8 center in this league. Seven footers who average 15 and 12 don't exactly grow on trees. The idea that this is a horrible trade is a pretty big exageration.

Kaman is at an all-time high as far as trade value is concerned. He was receiving All-Star talk at the beginning of the season. Still, we all now his #'s and effectiveness will come back down to Earth once Brand is in the lineup for good. LA would do best to trade Chris now, but I don't want to be the sucker. Devin, while I don't consider him untouchable, would not move in a deal like this IMO.
Some people really have a way with words. Other people... not... have... way.

I agree with this completely.
I would basically be 50-50 on this trade.

I think Kaman would be perfect in the post but then we'd need to find a starting PG after that.

This is a fair point. That said, if this trade was hypothetically available, you can probably land Westbrook or Augistin at #10.
Also, while he's hardly a PG, Carter is a superior distributor for a SG which allows a little more flexibility in terms of a PG option.
