And why is Frank not fired?

That would be the dumbest thing we can do.
We suck why? Because of our D, so draft a rookie sf who won't be able to play D (even though Lebron is coming) and not draft a PF which is the position we still need.
Arthur and Love might be there. That is who we need to get.
RJ is our second best defender second to Harris. We need to trade Carter while he still has alot of value. Maybe even trade Carter and the 10th pick for a big man. We wouldn't be able to get a Brand but A Jamison maybe.

Keep RJ and Harris and Kristic and see what we get at 10. Fire Lawrence Frank for a defensive coach who knows how to have a running team although with Harris and RJ and Carter we don't need to just run.

RJ's defense has deteriorated every year. He was a huge liability defensively this year. Far worse than Carter.

When one catches the President of Basketball Operations in a bathroom stall with his pants around his ankles accompanied by a summer intern, job security tends to not be an issue.
