Nets/D-League question

Before the NBA started the affiliate system with the d-league they had a program where D-league teams would where NBA teams' jerseys. I was wondering if anybody had any info as to what team(s) wore Nets jerseys during the 2003-04 season.
Also, who was the Nets affiliate prior to the Colorado 14ers?
