Lawrence Frank and many more...

I'm one of the person that hates his ass but, this season i must say he is doing a great job for us. Last year, his calls were so conservative. He is letting our players play and especially once the players are doing good he lets him stay on the court unlike last year when he only gives proven players minutes.

I like his new offensive style. I think we have one of the best offense in nba because this new offensive scheme can play both transition and halfcourt offense. Also this offense doesn't give up the defensive part of the game unlike the Diantonio sytem. The only problem with this offense is that the style is very tiring so we need depth. I think once brook gets better on his post game we will a descent inside game thus making our offense one of the best.

Defensively is where the problem lies beneath. The team plays we too much zone defense however, I don't think its Frank's fault. We play zone so we can cover our weaknesses inside and Also we play zone to rest the players. The main problem is 4 spot. Even though we stack that position the player we have plays too much alike they are all tall and long and either athletic or shooters. So in order to solve this problem is we need to make some room and move some of our bigs to able to get a better big that can will make us a better team. A big that can play 4-5 who is also strong. he player that we should let go is SWAT and Boone. They both have pretty good value and we are not loosing much. SWAT plays like Swift and he is cheaper because he is older. We are loosing rebounding if we trade boone however, if we get the upgraded big that i'm talking about we are not going to need him. After that we just sign a 3rd string PG in the FA like Armstrong or Mighty Mouse to create more depth.

In regards to Frank's coaching (and i gotta say i ain't seen a second of this nba season) it seems that maybe he is relaxed because Thornski has told him he is as safe as house's. So he took a chill pill to see what would happen. Unfortunately for swat he still has to be down on someone cos it's just how he roll's and swat seems to be in Frank's dog house.
Can Frank coach the kids?
