I reformatted my laptop and accidentally deleted my folder containing all my Photoshop files :D

So it looks like I'm going to have to make a new game thread image... But first things first I need to find my Microsoft Office CD, and the Nets need to punish the Pacers

If the loss to Houston doesn't light a fire under these guys nothing will. Lets destroy Indiana tonight and get back to .500!!

In the notes of Yahoo's game preview it says that Stromile Swift is not with the team due to personal reasons. Anyone have any info on what exactly that is? I don't see anything on nypost.com or nydailynews.com saying what it is.

Vince is dominating, Harris is playing well too, but nobody else is showing up..defense is weak, as usual..

At the half Josh Boone has the team's second highest +/- rating of +1...

I hope the Nets stay away from the Zone rest of the game, it just plays into Indiana's hands. People complain about the perimeter defense (Vince gets caught too many times on screens & Devin refuses to guard his man) but frontcourt defense is a joke too - they bite on everything, get flat-footed on any cuts into the pain, real soft...

and can't they run a few plays for Vince in the post when freakin' Jack is on him. End of the quarter it was right there in plainsight on the right block, they moved the ball opposite side where Vince/Jack went - I thought ok they will post him there but nope...

You can see where a smart guy like Rasho can dominate a rook like Lopez just because he knows exactly what to do with/without the ball - I've always liked this guys game. No flash all substance. Real smart basketball player.

The 3rd could decide the game....

Devin's mojo is on...Pacers announcers said he pointed to Frank saying he was gassed. Hope timeout gives him a lil' breather or will they let him sit to catch his breath....

Travis took advantage of that foul - he fouled Devin like 3 times on that and 1 drive.

Devin Harris hits the game-winner and the Nets win 108-107.

VC with 38 points while Devin finished with 29 points and 11 assists.

We might be struggling at home but at least our road domination is not letting us down.

when Vince had Granger/Foster on him he should have rotated the ball to the top instead of forcing that jumper but he had an incredible game otherwise - what he started Devin finished. What a shot !
Thank goodness Devin just tripped on the toe of his shoe & no major pressure on the ankles...scary.

Yi & Anderson. Anderson got to the line a few times but these are the two most inconsistent players on the team. It's too bad one subs in for the other. Can't rely on either of them game-to-game. Guess that's part of being young players & you have to remind yourself that or end up pulling your hair out !

Hayes once again proves his worth. Had a tough night on defense but for the most part he brought a scoring need off the bench that the Nets need. He & Dooling bring some semblance of consistency off the bench. When Dooling isn't running the show he's tolerable.

You can tell Frank just doesn't trust Lopez and there's good reason. I think Lopez would get more plays/touches throughout the game but sometimes you can see he's a turnover waiting to happen - sloppy handling the ball in traffic, slow in initiating his offense allowing defenses to get their hands in there....work in progress but it is limiting his minutes & touches.

Nets got lucky. Got some favourable calls their way and favourable no calls (the VC push on Rush dunk late in the game wasn't seen by Ref's and that was a huge no call). Indiana had no TJ 2nd half, Daniels was sick & Granger was just coming off sickness too (Indiana guys were saying he lost 8-10 lbs...). Indiana is just a touch matchup & their 3pt free flowing style is a perfect counterpunch to Frank's no-paint defense. At least Frank was smart enough to limit the Zone looks 2nd half.

I thought this would be the toughest game in the next few....I'm calling Nets winning next 3 (cough).

HARRIS FOR MVP!! cant we just ask to play all the games on the road?? that will ensure a 68-14 record
