I think he just finishes the season with us. He missed so much time before, I'm sure he's not going to want to move half way through a tough season especailly all he's gone through.

yeah I saw that, rich.

For the first time I actually saw him have some kind of excitement. If he had that type of emotion for this game, he would be a better player.

Waiting for rag time to chime in with some obscure fact about how he showed emotion in 2005 regular season game then got benched cos the coach hated him.

( oh yeah look for the link to the obscure article related to the benching)

Seriously tho is Douby another Dooling? ie a shooting guard trapped in a point guards body? I honestly don't know enough about Douby other than what's been posted here. I personally think we need a pass first point guard. If Douby is that then I say go for it. If not then hold back.

Cheers

Need a little excitement???!!!!

Seriously though, what about these obscure plays: play 1 and play 2

Don't see how the excitement he brings to the game can be denied.

Any source to prove this is legit?

Na I can't prove any of this so i guess i'm a lier then. The only way i can prove it is if it goes down but it's all talk right now so there's a possibility nothing goes down.I knew you,I mean i knew Stro was getting traded for Collins before it happened and when i posted it noone believed me.

Rag-time sorry to say this, but I dont see why We should Keep Swift on the roster.

Unless he has told management he wants to re-sign for a lower contract. Which I doubt.

We need to make room for a 3rd string PG/SG. Ager should go too. So we can either bring someone form the D-league up or a 10 day contract person for Ager's spot.

Wasn't this years contract fully guaranteed too or something? Regardless, been making 6 mill this year to simply wear a suit. I'm sure he'd take the rest of the money he's owed so he can go home and spend time with his family and play NBA Live. He probably jacks up his ratings so he dominates too. I mean, I do that anyway so why would being an NBA player be any different lol?

Douby is definitely a high volume scorer who can fill it up from the outside. In the NBA, he could develop into a nice sparkplug off the bench given some time. His physical limitation has been his lack of girth.

I personally like Ager and the way he plays the game. Hopefully the Nets keep him on board and continue to let him develop.

As for Stro, he has had a lot of time to prove himself. But, he may be better suited on a worse team that can offer him some PT. I do not understand why he has gone so far downhill lately. (in terms of not cracking rotations and such)

Well, to be honest with you, I have only seen him play in the NBA on Dallas. All the Nets games I caught were close, so he didn't see the light of day off the bench.

I loved watching him in college though. I am still hopeful that he can develop into a player.

The only thing he'll develop on the nets bench is how to dress to impress.
He won't be getting off the bench under Frank.

Douby being a product of Rutgers, it would be great to see him play so close to home... but this is definitely not the place for him if he wants some playing time.
