Here are some questions

Steven (NJ): Who on the Nets will have a breakout year next year?

SportsNation Lawrence Frank: If I knew that, I would also be predicting the stock market. I think you have a better feel for it in training camp. All of our guys are working to improve their games. But, Steven, your guess is as good as mine, because we won't be able to tell until we come together at the beginning of the season.

Steven (NJ): What position should the Nets take in the draft?

SportsNation Lawrence Frank: Our approach is drafting the best possible player, regardless of position. [Nets president] Rod [Thorn] and our scouting field are confident in that position. So regardless of position, we'll take the best possible player.

jordan: what players in this year's draft have surprised you with their abilities?

SportsNation Lawrence Frank: I think it was interesting that people said that this draft may not be as strong as previous ones. Last year's was extremely strong, but after reviewing the players, there are several good ones. And I think you'll see some trading so teams can get extra picks. It's not really my expertise, but our scouts and GM think there's going to be some depth and some great players late. Last year, we were lucky enough to get Brook Lopez at 10. If they knew what we know now, that probably wouldn't have happened. There's always someone who drops.

I need Netsforce to set the record straight on this !

I love how he says so much, yet says nothing at all. I'm not gonna rip him though, because EVERYONE right now talks like that in regards to the draft, plus you're not allowed to talk about a lot of guys until they are officially in the draft. I wish, however, that he spoke about what some of the young guys are doing to improve this offseason.

Man I hope we don't trade down for extra picks. I want to trade up and get Harden or Hill.

I think we will and it is not to move up but to get additional pick later in the draft. To me I think they want to secure a PG and Forward. To justify that they wont be in the FA or trade market this year.

Personally, I dont want to hear what they are working it. it give me something to wait for during training camp. some of it is obvious, CDR adding three-point range, Anderson Yi and loez gotta hit the weights.

I like to see what exactly they are working on so I know what to watch closely during camp to see how far they come along in the summer. CDR talks a lot on what he's working on, hopefully the other 3 are lifting in the morning and playing ball in the afternoon.
