I actually think he got this contract while in Dallas and was traded to Minny in the first year of the deal.

It was either Chicago or Minny - I think Minny. Havent heard that he opted in althought he would be an idiot not to. just would have thought that one of our brilliant beat writers would have mentioned it in a sentence or two.
