Brook Lopez untouchable for trade?

Post#1 » by SVThawk » Sun Dec 13, 2009 11:30 pm

Question from a Kings fan. Is Lopez untouchable? If not, what would players are you in the market for? Maybe nothing we have on the kings but something a 3rd party could help facilitate.... Sorry if this is spam for your board I didn't see any trade threads!

Honestly, there are only a few players in the entire league that most of the Nets fanbase would be willing to trade Lopez for, but other than that or an EXTREMELY good package, he's untouchable in most cases, yeah.

Yeah he's pretty much touchable. Unless the Nets draft say Cole Aldrich he blows up and it becomes apparent that Lopez and Aldrich can't play together...

Honestly, he's about as untouchable as you can get.

This is not to criticize SAC's assets, but considering how few good true C's are out there, I would not do Lopez for Tyreke straight up. Nothing against Tyreke, just an issue of supply and demand.

yeah I'd have to a agree we'd need to be getting back a serviceable C to replace him plus a young allstar. Lopez is gonna be here for a long time he's not going anywhere.

I don't even want Amare give me Bosh over him anyday.

Better offensive player. As far as impact on winning games, I wouldn't even think about trading Bogut for Lopez.

From the Bucks board lol... Some of the posts in this one Bogut vs. Lopez thread (it's actually a rookie rankings thread) are hilarious.

Not as bad as the crap on the Knicks board but wow... Bogut is good but he hasn't exactly set the world on fire from a winning games standpoint in Milwaukee...
