T-Minus 35 Minutes to Season Liftoff?

I'm no pie-in-the-sky dreamer. I know that Yi's presence isn't going to turn us into contenders. And I know that the last thing that our young (-ish) 7-foot (-ish) project bigman needs is a truckload of pressure to perform immediately
BUT, this season has withered away my patience. I knew we'd be bad, but I don't think even the most callous of prognosticators predicted us to tbe THIS bad. I could really use a glimmer of hope, tonight.
Poetically speaking, there doesn't seem to be a better time to RE-start the season than tonight's game against Minnesota, the team to which we gave away a W in the actual start of the season. Practically speaking, even buoyed by the emergence of Kevin Love, the Wolves are the worst team we'll face before the All-Star break. We NEED this win.
We can continue to roll out the red carpet for excuses, like "we're not at full health yet", and "Kiki needs more time to get us rolling". All I know is we have all the earmarks of a SINGLE-DIGIT win team this season, IF we don't right the ship. I do still believe we can build the future starting now, but we have to get going. So, go Nets, GO!
