No thanks... The Nets have enough overrated ex-Orlando Magic guards on their roster.

I like Nelson but I'd rather just wait for Harris' rebound next season when the team has a real coach...

Agreed. You already stole our star for your trash. We won't let that happen again.

I agree as well. Nelson is a nice player, but Harris is still better.

At this point, the way Devin has been playing, i might start trading him for any PG who can shoot and pass. Dont worry about defense, although it would be a plus, i just dont want to be asking too much for him.

I'll start with a heck no to using any of our cap flexibility on Nocioni.

The Amare thing is interesting when I heard it. I'm starting to think that to get a LeBron to come here, I'm starting to think either adding a star (and/or creating enough cap room to sign 2 max free agents) will be needed.

Lopez and the NJ pick are clearly off the table. Harris is something I'd considered depending on the full deal. Plus any deal for a guy like Amare would require Harris going out if you wanted to maintain max cap space.

Since the Suns have some guy named Nash, it would obviously require a 3rd team.

Something tells me both teams decline that one. Hard to see a Harris/Monta backcourt working.

Plus, I could be wrong, but unless it's an unbelievable payment, I doubt Harris is moved in a "sell" trade that doesn't create more cap space.

How about Ronnie Brewer? Memphis is supposedly offering a late first round pick (from Denver or Lakers). Im sure we could offer up the Mavs frist round pick. Hes a nice player and more than likely better than anyone available in the late first round, and definitely better than Lee.

Harris\Dooling\Quinn
Brewer\Lee\TWill
CDR\Hayes\Hassell
Yi\Boone\Humper
Lopez\Lopez\Lopez\Lopez\Battie

Brewer is still really young and can help immediately. And if anyone says in an annoying nasaly tone "why do you want to win useless games?" I will pull a gilbert arenas on you. If any free agents are going to play for the Nets they better start winning some games fast. It needs to be realized that all the top free agents want to WIN. Nobody will sign for a team that wins less than 10 games. Brewer is an expriring contract but depending on his play we could hang on to him for a relatively cheap price.

That certainly helps out the PF position. But there would be a glaring hole at PG and I dont trust Dooling as a starting PG. And I know for a fact Phoenix rejects this. Why do they need Harris when they have Nash?

Twills and C.lee for Rudy Gay. Just an idea if we are interested in signing Rudy.I'm sure picks and cash would have to be involved but i'm not good with stuff like that.Thats Devilsjets field he's the master of that kind of stuff.
