Hey guys,
Even though I'm a Knicks fan and am from the Knicks forum, I still felt that since the Nets are moving into Brooklyn soon enough, this was interesting enough news to post. I'm planning on going to graduate school for Urban Planning so the whole project has been one that I am interested in, also the fact that I'm from Brooklyn.

The seats do look like they aren't that steep when compared to other NBA arenas... Looks interesting though...

The article says the sight lines are good and that you feel closer to the action. Which is weird becasue it looks more spread out. I figured the way the old yankee stadium was you know very steep almost like you were on top looking down would make you feel closer but I guess not. I guess becasue there are more lower level seats then upper level ones. Anyway it sounds cool and i can't wait to go.

They still don't have floaters.
Floaters are an idea I suggested many years ago and have not gotten any money for, yet.
You put seats in mid-air, so they appear to 'float' above the floor.
It's suspended from the ceiling, really a glass box hanging above the action. You watch the game by looking down, into the 'ground'. This is made easier by tilting the seats forward, and having a belt that straps you in, a belt to strap you in. It's like an amusement park ride.
You get refreshments by a flying robot, that flies to you, into the glass box, with beer.
They don't have this, I don't know why.

Not going to lie I imagined something better. Do you guys remember the first sketches? These pics resemble nothing of it.
