Crosby believes he broke a bone in the foot while blocking a shot March 16 against Montreal, but he didn't miss any games.

That's amazing, considering he was able to maintain his high play for a considerable amount of time.

I remember I played with a broken bone in my foot one game, I couldn't play at a capable level with it, and decided against it after that one game.

He's exactly the type of player you want on your team, Pittsburgh really lucked out with him.
