Did the Habs just score on their first shot?

Weak goal.

2-1 Leafs, great setup by Percy.

Huge considering the Leafs are getting killed in face offs.

Overall, not a bad 1st.

Looks like were not dumping and chasing all the time.

Stolen Identity wrote:Interesting to note that Knick fans are also happy James Dolan is not running the team personally anymore and that since the New York Rangers had such success last year (only Glen Sather), it will translate to the Knicks having success with Phil Jackson alone running the team. Easier said that done. The NBA and NHL parity is just too different for me seeing the Knicks trying to repeat the same success as the Rangers.

I'd be glad if Dolan wasn't involved either. With the Knicks, I think they'll be fine in a couple years but horrible in the short term and I'm going to enjoy it. Once Amare and Bargs come off the books, Jackson should be able to attract some free agents and surround Melo with some talent. Then add in the new tv deal with an increased salary cap, they'll be fine. That said, Jackson hasn't done anything yet and I question the moves he made in the offseason [where's the d?]

Such a Toronto Maple Leafs way to lose. Bernier was not solid tonight, Reimer deserves to get the next start.

2nd, 3rd and 4th lines looked great.

1st line was terrible and was dominated all night. Bozak still sucks and Kessel didn't look right. JVR was completely to blame on Subban's goal too.

Return to Toronto Maple Leafs
