Leafs re-sign Moustache Mike to 3-year contract

At this point, shouldn't the Leafs be finding new losers that may add to the team instead of recycling current (and oft-injured) losers?

terms were not disclosed. wonder if they overpaid.

i think he's a good skater and he has grit, but the Leafs' talent level is still dismal. so tired of hearing hockey pundits talking about grit. grit is boring as all hell.

Its supposed to be 3 years 650 000 per or something like that. Hes a 4th liner who plays hard and blocks shots. Remember that he broke his hand blocking a shot and he blocked another shot (with the broken hand) to win a game in a 6 on 4 situation for the Leafs.

It has nothing to do with grit. Mike Brown plays with heart, something that'll give you the win in a 2-1 game against a better team. He's the perfect fit on a 4th line.

I like him, the deal is reasonable for what he brings to the table.
