The web site TMZ.com reported Sunday that the Toronto Maple Leafs defenceman will not be charged after he was accused in January of punching a woman in a Los Angeles night club.
TMZ reported that after an investigation, the Los Angeles city attorney's office has decided it will not file criminal charges.
The Leafs were in the southern California city Jan 8-10 during a trip, and Komisarek was alleged to have struck a woman during an altercation at a club.
