Check out Wiretap for the article. This makes the Leafs the first NHL team to be worth $1 billion, and it's great to see the Leafs starting to put a quality, competitive product on the ice. Having the Leafs in a strong position is great for the sport and the league.

I find these estimates of net worth to be highly suspect given the lack of information. Wouldnt surprise me but I might value it even higher given todays low rates.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.
