I think that tweet was just PR man. Elisha acknowledges the cut eye, and there's no one around. She was genuinely mad.

The guy with the glasses to the left of Elisha makes a comment and then stands up. April is looking in his direction, then glances at Elisha. They're mad at that guy. The gif in the first post cuts that guy off the picture.

You see even the blonde guy to the right of Elisha looks at the guy standing up for a second, then at Elisha to see
