I am hoping he's drafted by the sens, i really like him!

I saw him take a regular shift against the best the AHL had to offer including TJ Brennan of all people. It wasn't a "friendly" for an Allstar game and he looked like the best Swede from Fjarstad and the equal of the near NHLers at 16. He is still developing which hurts his stock but is a top 10 talent IMHO. I bet Ottawa snags him but he got completely avoided in round one. He struggled in Sweden's top league this year but hey I've seen that in the AHL as well.

Right now the Laffs have Nylander and Loov and Kylington added would be huge for a solid Swedish youth presence.

I am wondering if his poor playoff performance made him drop down.

The Ottawa Senators passed up the 67 not once but twice and we are talking about one of the top drafting teams in the NHL.

Yea could be.

Konency is so dynamic. His skill level is on par with McDavid, Eichel, and Marner

34th. Travis Dermott

An intelligent, mobile defenseman that capitalizes on offensive chances when they arise and is quick to recognize his post and backcheck hard. Doesn't force plays or take a lot of chances; rather, he plays it simply, letting the game come to him. Decent physical game, but not overly physical as he can lose some size matchups. All-in-all, a two-way defenseman that makes smart, high-percentage decisions in all three zones. (Curtis Joe, EP 2015)

Burkie must have known Leafs were stocking Kylington, traded up and snatched him as per our plan at 61. Ffffk.

Burkie gets his revenge and now can flame on the TO media.

The karma stinks. The guys from HFB wanted him so bad, thanks alot Burkie.

Some are small guys the leafs drafted, at 5''9 - 5''11, yet very skilled. What Babcock says, he values skilled players over any size. Overall, a great solid draft for the Toronto Smurfs.

Jeremy Bracco @ #61 <- , a Johnny Gaudreau type player

Andrew Nielsen @ #65,

A brutish, big-bodied defenseman that has the size, willingness to give up the body, and physical maturity to make a difference on the ice. Establishes an imposing presence when bearing down on opposing players; does not allow any time or space, and can cause turnovers easily. Has a good eye and is able to make crisp, accurate passes to teammates; also possesses a hard shot. While his skating could be improved, he isn't immobile and can get around the ice post haste. All-in-all, a physical two-way defender who establishes pressure on the opposition and can also provide offensive support.

Favorite player is Dion Phaneuf & he hated the leafs. Lol.

Martins Dzierkals @ #68,

Corey Pronman ✔@coreypronman
TOR take Dzierkals. Didn't rate him due to limited views, but was impressive at the U18s. Good skill level.

Jesper Lindgren @ #95,

Jesper Lindgren, an impressive blend of skill, speed, determination, and intelligence, is the one player you don't want to see carrying the puck if you are his adversary. The nimble puck-carrying defenseman plays above his age, and is confident enough in his abilites to make creative plays under pressure. He is poised with the puck and possesses a high level of hockey sense; he is always aware of what is unfolding in the play, and never seems to make irrational decisions or bend under adversity. What he lacks in size, he makes up for in spirit and cunning. However, he doesn't shy away from puck battles, and will use his body to barge his way in and swoop out with the puck. All-in-all, a talented offensive blueliner who plays an adaptive, new-age style of hockey. (Curtis Joe, EP 2015)

Christian Wolanin @ #107,
Dmytro Timashov @ #125,
Stephen Desrocher @ #155,
Nikita Korostelev @ #185
