I came across this just recently. I'm posting it because many of you seem to be quite interested in General Managers across the NHL. Some of the GM's on the list have been fired, so take that into consideration as well.

In this salary cap era, I really wish the Leafs would splurge a bit to get a top quality GM.

Brian Burke would have been perfect, mostly because he was available and wanted to come here (or so I heard), but for whatever reason we didn't take him. I would have loved to see him handle the Toronto media.
