^^^ The Leafs are not moving Kubina or Raycroft. It's wishful thinking. The way the team is constructed now is the most likely the way the team will be come October.
Remember, we didn't make the playoffs because of injuries and Sean Hill being on steroids

according to JFJ.
But don't fear Leaf Nation, this year we will SNEAK into the playoffs and be the 2008 version of the Edmonton Oilers

Edmonton Oilers trade Joffrey Lupul and Jason Smith to the Philadelphia Flyers in exchange for Joni Pitkanen, Geoff Sanderson, and a 2009 3rd round pick.

Montreal Canadiens have sign veteran centre Bryan Smolinski to a 1year, 2 million dollar deal
Todd Bertuzzi has agreed to a two-year deal with the Anaheim Ducks.
The Montreal Canadiens have signed unrestricted free-agent defenceman Roman Hamrlik to a four-year contract worth $22 million.
Los Angeles Kings signed wingers Ladislav Nagy and Michal Handzus to multi-year deals.

Owen Nolan to the Flames
The Calgary Flames have signed veteran forward Owen Nolan. Sources tell TSN the 35-year-old has agreed to a one-year contract that could pay him up to $2 million including bonuses.
