Peca close with Rangers

Despite negotiations reportedly slowing down, it still appears likely that Mike Peca will sign on with the New York Rangers.
According to the New York Post, talks between Peca and the Rangers are set to resume as early as Wednesday. Peca is an unrestricted free agent who played last year with the Toronto Maple Leafs. He missed more than half the season after suffering a broken leg.

I don't like this move one bit from a Leafs standpoint. Peca despite the injury was the best penalty killer on the team...and with the way the Leafs killed penalties without him....I don't like the looks of this. Just makes the Rangers stronger.
