Previous Game Report - Capitals @ Thrashers

Alexander Ovechkin scored twice as the Washington Capitals downed the Atlanta Thrashers, 3-2, at Philips Arena.

Boyd Gordon added a goal and an assist and Brent Johnson made 30 saves for the Capitals, who have won two straight after a six-game slide.

"We won yesterday and today so it's good for us," said Ovechkin. "We still play hard and the end of the season we just want to win as many games as possible. It'll be summer soon and we want to go on vacation with a good feeling."

I want Ovenchkin to go for 8 points in this game so he can break the century mark again.

In any case, it's a good bet that he'll outscore Ruffin.

Miller making another game thread?

I gotta fly out to Vegas to put the mortgage money on the Caps.

Miller is a sure fire WIN.
