It would concern me if he was passing up open looks and the rest of the team wasn't getting open as a result. But that has been the issue so far. With as much firepower as the starters have, I think it's beneficial to have someone like Hart as the fifth wheel, and I trust his to shoot if defenses dare him to.

Hart reminds me of when the Sixers traded George McGinnis for Bobby Jones. Jones wasn’t a scorer, good on the break and great on defense, he was a big reason for their championship.

I wouldn't worry. I think he's coasting through pre-season. He's admittedly lazy until the games matter. He's said as much on the podcast with JB. I'd wait until we get into the regular season and have some time under our belts before we start pressing the panic button.
I do think he's better suited coming off the bench, but that's a different discussion.
