But do we get bird rights or not, don’t want him to play great and pull an Ihart on us.

It appears to be a two year contract with a team option for next year. So only Early Bird rights in summer 2026

Knicks will given him an extension like they did for Sims if he does well this year. Then that gives them RFA rights.
