Which is crazy because NO ONE thought we would win game one OR, simply one game in the series.

yeah. we won one of them ugly ones.

find different ways to win.

Game 2 - Feed Mitch in the post every single trip down the court until Celtic starters foul out in 2nd quarter

Game 3 - MSG hands out two glass coke bottles to every fan at the game. Hearing chants of "Celtics, come out and playyyyyyyy", Boston forfeits.

Game 4 - Hatch eggs planted by OG in first two games. Alien spawn bursts from Celtic players' chests.

RESULT: Knicks Sweep

Couldn't be me. I have been Thibs staunchest supporter and I never lost faith that we could beat the Celtics no matter what happened in the regular season. :o

The question should be a different one:

1. We need Mitch to give us a good 20 minutes a game. We do not want to see him at the FT line. Remedy? Play him at the start and/or end of quarters. It is difficult to understand why Thibs puts him in at the exact time when the opposing team has accumulated 4-5 team fouls already and is inclined to hack a Mitch. Like, why? I understand that sometimes KAT has foul trouble so you don't have the luxury but often enough he could. Like sub him in with 2minutes to go in the first and let him play till the 6 minute mark of the second and do the same 3rd/4th quarter.

100% this. if mitch is on the court at the start of the 4th boston is not going through 5 PFs to get him on the line. in the first half you can really put him in whenever as long as its when boston is not in the penatly. thibs should use robinson to get the celtics in foultrouble (if they wanna keep hacking), if he can make 50% of his Fts i think thats not even a bad deal for us.
im bout dat action boss

If we split the away games it's a very fine result already.

Thibs has 9 lives if he makes it past this series.

Thibs is making him look bad...

Tom's mistakes with Karl were

1) Drop coverage. It shouldn't take until May 5th to switch on screens.

2) Not enough looks generated for him from 3.

But, he put up an All NBA level season regardless, so that's something too.

I agree with your critiques but it bears mentioning even with that he was an all star starter for the first time in his career and he doesn’t want to just sit out there and fire up 3s he wants to do more so I get it

They’re still letting KAT get MAULED.

This is beyond frustrating.
