This is all feeling very 2011 to me

Nobody saw 2011 coming for the Mavs and it took me a long time to believe they could do it. It wasn't until around game 4 of the conference finals that i thought they really could do it.

They overcame a 16 point deficit in the second round game 1 against LAL and from there they dominated the series.

Dirk kept delivering over and over again in clutch moments. They overcame more big deficits (game 2 of the finals stands out), and over and over again, they kept winning despite the doubts, mine included.

This feels like 2011 for us.

- Superstar delivering big in the clutch

- An elite defensive

- Beating heavily favored opponents with grit

I think Rick Carlisle feels the same about his Pacers.

Idk, I think we are most like the Pistons, maybe a little 99 Knicks

There are not too many teams out there in NBA history of a guard like Brunson(scorer more than play-maker, big shot taker/maker) and a big like KAT (more offense than defense, perimeter threat)

Maybe a little bit of the Sabonis-Stoudamire Blazers? That's a stretch.
