We haven’t in any way addresses him defensively. That’s on Thibs
who do you want to put on him ? everyone failed. plus we're switching a lot and he takes advantage of that with both the pass and the shot.

What the **** are you talking about? The team is playing hard. You sound dumb as hell
They played so hard they committed 17 turnovers with multiple defensive lapses..bottom line is they lost..not taking care of the ball in a game when every possession matters and it’s basically a must win…I stand by my statement team is cooked and so is the series..maybe they win one more at the garden but from the first 4 games they aren’t winning 3 more.

they've made brunson look human. and they even stopped kat in the 4th when jalen sat too. they said go ahead mikal, you beat us. and he has continually been terrible.
The wound is fresh and you're just pouring salt on it
I think the worst part in all this, is that the Pacers built that team without giving up any real picks. I mean they even got a 2024 lottery pick still on their bench, and he doesn't look that bad when he gets minutes.

Yeah, at some point, Thibs should be seeing what we’re seeing that switching soft and not going over the picks is giving up an open three or a running start for Hali. Rather than Hali outplaying Brunson, I’d say we don’t have a Nesmith. Or maybe their defensive scheme is superior. Eh, in the end, it’s the same result …

It’s true. Hali gets the matchup he wants every single time down. Brunson has to deal with Nesmith guarding him like he’s playing football for 17 seconds each possession. It’s not the same.

Bridges doesn't even fight through screens, instead, he goes around them. And because of that, gives Hali so much space to work with, which leads to an open shot somewhere - usually him.
Is this the intended defense scheme?!
