I've seen many political threads closed here, but in my opinion, this is worth discussing.

People on both sides should resist the urge to lay it on thick politically and just talk about the middle east and what might happen, but not everyone here has access to the current affairs board. I think allowing this thread to run for a few days or as long as this conflict might last should be allowed.

Just my 2 cents.

Attacks are coming from US airbases in Iraq.

I'm not seeing any indication that Israel is truly attacking alone here.
