At least they are trying to find cheap Beauchamp and Moses Brown replacements

Is that optimism I see in this post?

Just say no to LeDouche in a Knicks uniform. Not in the mood to do a Team America style power puke

Lol how is that offense not inansely good lol. All 5 guys have 20+ pt scoring potential and most are efficient scorers. You could argue three ball is not elite but that is nitpicking considering all the dyanamic scoring that lineup could produce especially witha good coach

Potential? Ayton hasn't averaged over 20 points in his career.

Bruce Brown 8 ppg 4 reb 2 assts
Josh Hart 13.6 ppg 9reb 5.9 assts

I don't think that phrase "the most part" means what you think. Are you Wallace Shawn?

Josh is a better overall player than Brown.

However there is a REASON players like Brown play just 22.5 min/game and starters play over 30.

Brown has NEVER played over 30; Hart has played over 30 for the past 4 years for three different teams. For example, Obi would have had 20ppg and 8 reb in the same minutes as Hart. Obi is VERY similar in stats to Brown. Do you think Obi is a 30 min/game player in the NBA?

That Princess Bride cast is deeper than our bench.

I don't know if Brown could replace Hart but I don't think Hart should have been starting last year and playing so many minutes. If he didn't have the connection to Brunson I would honestly look to move him if they could find a better fit in the starting lineup or use that 20M for better depth. He already has some severe limitations on both ends of the court and i'm not sure how his game will age as an energy/intangibles guy now that he is 30.

He couldn’t and Hart is a keeper, but Mitch should start and we need a backup center. Hart will be insane off the bench. It is actually very easy.

Brunson/LeBron/KAT/OG?

But then there's no center, and wing depth is nil.

I dunno man.

Richards has KNick written today.

He should’ve been our target all along. He’ll be great with Mitch starting, Deuce and Hart off the bench too.

Mitch / Richards
Towns / OG / Hart
OG / Hart
Bridges / Deuce
Brunson / ?

Robinson is not a starter in this league.

Can’t stay healthy and is a liability with FT shooting.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Bruce Brown was a key piece on an NBA championship team a couple years ago. He's not a nothing. Is there a drop-off from Hart to Brown, sure, but I'll take Brown at 5.7M > Hart at ~19, when we can flip Hart for another piece that fills other needs (like 3PT shooting, 2nd shot creating guard, or rim protection)
