Well, I’m glad Mike Brown wants him

I looked at his career as a coach . Not bad.. I know he had LeBron but you still had to motivate the rest of the team to buy in especially LeBron .

the pelicans will let him go eventually...you don't want a assistant one foot out the door. A HC is one thing..but stopping an assistant from leaving a big pay raise would be a really bad look for there future of hiring good coaches.

1. That was my biggest issue with Brown in Sac...him not putting Keon Ellis out there for more minutes when he is there best POA defender and is good off ball shooter was baffling.

2. That one I like....sticking to a lineup in the regular season was one of Thibs biggest faults...when teams adjusted to us we panic adjusted in playoffs and we didn't have time to try new lineups and figure out if things would work. So I think that is a big positive he's willing to tinker with lineups.

3, Waiting to see who we bring in to run the offense...if we don't and its just Mike Brown then yes I will have my concerns but I have to believe they are going to bring in a qualified big time coach that can run an offense.

it's pretty important that we have at least 1 good assistant in case mike brown doesn't work out so we'd have a decent interim coach at least.
