Donte after the fact claimed he was directing his comments towards Thibs, but I watched numerous videos with different angles and he was yelling towards Rick. Jalens dad being at that position didn't sit well with some players and it was obvious at times.

It would be one think if he was just Jb's teammates, but your talking about his best friend for close to a decade. JB sr was at Divos wedding, and Brunson was his best man.

That little brush up was resolved minutes after it happen.

Let's be honest, we have no idea what's the role of any of the head coaches assistants, other than a seat next to the HC. Apparently THIBS didn't consult much with his assistants to begin with, so what kind of demotion is he going to get.

What's your point? The relationship doesn't change the fact that Donte called him out in the middle of the game. If anything it makes the situation that much more damning because they're all so close. For him to pop off like that, the build up was probably ongoing over the season.

Personally, never wanted him on the coaching staff to begin with. Smells of nepotism.

Other’s think that demoting Daddy could cause problems.

Loved Gil the player.

As a personality? His takes are trash. Best way to know what isn't going to happen is to listen to what he says IS going to happen.
