Thibs had to go like 3 seasons ago. Stunted our growth long enough and consistently underperformed in the post season.
Me personally I’m giving it more time. We had a good quarter last game that shows when we’re hitting our 3’s the offense can kill teams. We started 1-11 from 3 and damn near every look was wide open. We’re getting what we want on offense. KAT looks lost out there but he also hasn’t fully bought it and that’s clear.
As far as defense goes it’ll be a work in progress all year long but hopefully things improve as we get our full roster back and as Mike makes more adjustments.
Yeah, but in this "swing the ball around the perimeter with no getting into the lane and then chucking a 3" offense stalls all the time if the shots aren't falling and it's the Knicks, where player's outside shooting goes to die.
So, essentially, the Knicks are going to lose more quarters than win.
Looking forward to the 41 win season. (Brunson wills the team to .500)
