Problem with for how awful Sanchez is, he was still an All-Star and a good case can probably be made that he deserved to be. The position isn't exactly lighting the world on fire at the moment.

Romine probably wont be back bring, Higgy, Kratz, Breaux and that 1st round kid to spring training and send a message to Sanchez.

Breaux and Siegler haven't played above high-A and are nowhere near ready. Kratz is nearing 40. Them being at Spring Training isn't gonna mean anything, especially with none of them on the 40-man. Only thing that will light a fire under another player's ass is actual competition.

If he missed the catch though and depending on Springer's positioning, Judge has a chance at scoring, at the very least gets to 3rd.

I thought about that, but it’s more understandable to be aggressive if we were down by only 1 run since he would’ve been the tying run. Not a fan of selling out there.
