U really trust Trey Burke to be the starting PG for a good team with aspirations?

I stopped watching after Jeff took Frank out and Burke let Session get to the rim to watch the rest of the college game. How did Burke look running the offense? Or was he just in mid range mode?

guys can't expect the knicks to lose all of there remaining games like the suns and memphis are doing right now. You guys also have to understand this draft class is very strong and deep draft.

Need more 20 minutes of 1-6 shooting and 0-3 from the field. But he played solid defense on offensive juggernaut Otto Porter... Stop it.

Imma say this

If Burke can finish the season strong, and keep it up through the start of next year, he can stay as the starter. Even though I hate on him, the guy at least tries on defense (which is all I ask), and it's a nice story for the guy to find his role after almost being out of the league

I just think like, we've seen stuff like this before. We're a bad team, some guy comes along and starts putting up stats, and we think "this guy is the future" but when it comes time for us to be good, he goes back to being bad. Like, how Galloway was gonna be part of our core, or Willy was gonna be the next Marc Gasol (dudes shooting 38% in 14 games in Charlotte), both guys I was really high on

I'm just more mad that the one time I take a hardline stance against a player, he actually plays pretty good

**** guys, I’m being sarcastic. How you gonna pass on Sexton cause of Burke

bro i love sexton and i have been pushing hard for us to draft him. but burke has been putting up numbers every time he's given a opportunity with big minutes. he's legit. it took a while for him to get it together but he did it. this is why he was a lottery pick. im riding with burke

I just don’t see it on a contender. Maybe as a sixth man.

We're not completing the rebuild in 1 summer. Take the best players available and keep stacking.

I don't think it has to be so grandiose. How about it was just a good diamond in the rough find, and he's proven he deserves to be a rotation player next season?

In an ideal world, for next season....

C: KOQ (opts in)
PF: KP
SF: Mikal
SG: Frank
PG: Burke

6th Man: THJr
7th Man: 2nd Rounder Playmaking PG (Brunson?)
8th Man: Lee (since we have him signed)
9th Man: Noah (since we have him signed)
10th Man: Williams

Let Kanter walk. Don't bring in any new salary commitments. THJr can excel in the 6th man role and the young'ins can start growing together with defense and by building chemistry. Hopefully Perry doesn't look for quick fixes.
