I know Bish already has to much work, but I think there are some things I miss this season that imo GMs need more than everything in order to have a better idea of what's the best rotation and strategy for their teams:

1. We should be able to change offense and defense strategies at least once every five games;

2. I don't know exactly the changes I need to make in the rotation now because I don't know my players' stats. I miss a lot the print screen containing those stats this season. Bish posted a print screen with players' stats for each team last season and it helped a lot.

3. We still don't know all players ratings. All GMs need to see all players ratings because those will be important for trading players. Now that the season has started we can't trade for a player that we don't know yet the rating.

Buck's currently have a superior team and record than the Rockets. Yet, Knox was STILL was able to drop 26, 4 and 4. At 19!

Not a knock against Hart or Sexton. But, my point to Greenie was show some of that glee for your OWN guys tooold. Instead of the constant hate that so many on this board display.

I'm content to bottom out this season, even without owning my pick. Committed for the long haul. At some point the SIM will have to begin to respect Sexton, Hart, and Knox.

The guy JUST dropped 26 against the SECOND or THIRD best team in the LEAGUE yesterday. Sexton hasn't had a career high that high yet, Hart I can't remember.

Nah dude had a setback, team doctors misdiagnosed and 2nd opinion indicates he will now miss the rest of the regular season.

Also being reported WB is extremely unhappy with team and its doctors and has demanded to be traded or will trash team executives every chance he gets.

COACHING STRATEGIES

Team Offense-
1. Balanced
2. Pace & Space
3. Perimeter Focus
4. Post Focus
5. Grind
6. Seven Seconds

Team Defense-
1. Straight (Basic man to man defense with no adjustments)
2. Switch (Pick and Rolls will be switched nullifying the pick and roll while possibly leaving a poor matchup)
3. Attack (Defenders will attack the perimeter helping to reduce three point attempts and allowing for more drives to your interior defense)
4. Passive- (Defenders will protect the paint area more by sagging off defenders. This will reduce drives and post passes but allow more outside shots)


*** Each team can also choose which team offense & defense they would like to play. I will allow changes to these philosophies once a month or so not on a game to game basis. I will do changes to one division a week starting in December. The default settings for team offense/defense is balanced/passive. If you'd like to change this before the season begins, feel free to PM me before midnight tomorrow. Any questions, let me know. I won't be around much tomorrow during the day, but will be home a bit in the AM and then later tomorrow night.
