Knicks being able to sign FVV would actually make them better, though in a too expensive for the impact kind of way. Nonetheless, since this act would improve the Knicks, there is 0% chance of it happening.

However, if the chance to see DJ Augustine and Justin Holiday light it up at MSG gets you excited, you are in luck!

Lol, look man. With me, I like FVV because of fit. We never go for fit. With FVV we get a guy who doesn’t need the ball in his hand. He cuts, he doesn’t stand around. my issue w/ FVV is that he'd come here and be in and have to be a primary option like Randle was and THJ too

w/ the Raptors, he had other great players around him and he still shot just 41% (granted 50% were 3's). defenses would focus on him more as a Knicks since we dont have the same talent

That's how the Mitch blasphemy feels.

We hit on a second-round pick, only to look at Mitch for his trade value in order to acquire another uncertain asset which could totally bust as much as it could pan out? What's the point? Are we gonna trade away any productive young player until we get the next LeBron?

The feeling I miss the most with this franchise is continuity. We need to develop our young players (the ones who give a crap anyway) and have players we can identify with. Our guys so speak, like Ewing was. I want to feel invested in the careers of the players who wear this jersey. That's why I think we need to hold on to Mitch and RJ and be patient with them. We're never gonna build a culture if we keep treating our most promising guys as mere pawns. That's why they're both untouchable to me.

At least that's my perspective.

It seems like FVV wants to run his own team as a traditional point guard and said that’s what he did best but turnt into a spark plug but was never that. Also said his ego is not big enough to want the ball in his hand all the time. He’s almost the perfect Knick pick up for RJ.
