Warriors head coach Steve Kerr held a practice after today's game and the emphasis was defense. The atmosphere was very serious and you could tell the players weren't happy about the last two games. GM NewEra, visibly unhappy with their effort of late refused to comment as he left the arena. Kerr informs us that a lineup change has officially been made as the Warriors look to defeat the league's #2 defense Boston Celtics tomorrow followed by the New Orleans Pelicans.

But why would anyone choose to trade a 3-star+ guy for an unwanted bench player? Salaries likely wouldn’t even match either.

I traded Harris 2.5 and Rubio 2.5 to get Sexton 3.0. Unless you are sending a rookie with perceived upside, I think that is a fair trade.

I have a surprisingly good Houston team tonight. Cunningham is looking like a ROY candidate putting up 18.3 points a game with super shooting splits of .466/.471/.750. The saving grace for my Pacers is health.

We are completely healthy and it looks like Fox will be a scratch due to a migraine....

You made out like a bandit in that trade. Melo was also given a gift that made him even tougher.

If I had made those offers I’d have been asked to broker for picks and/or had star references brought up as reasons why the trade needs me to add more.

Actually the trade between me and Orlando was pretty fair if you ask me. Rose and Wright are both 2.5 stars and I gave him more cap space with bird rights as well. Turns out it was a win win for both of us

I had to take into account Sexton's injury. He is not going to play anymore this season so its not a stretch to think he might drop next year to 2.5. I am hoping he stays a 3.0 for next season and don't see him moving up to a 3.5. There is some risk but I still love his game. I have watched him torch my Hawks ever since he came into the league.
