I mean, I think KAT didn't like the way it played out with GSW, Mitch doesn't like being so excluded/looked down on by the Nova-boys loop, if the only podcaster out there is putting up bagels regularly them as a pair setting the meta for the team probably doesn't sit well. Also Payne sucks but Thibs keeps playing him. And everyone pretty much has individual reasons to hate Thibs.
